About Wendy Ho
Founding Visionary and Lead Optometrist
Wendy Ho is more than just the founder of Wendy Ho Optique; she is a visionary in the field of optometry with a career that spans over three decades. Her journey in eye care began at the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia, where she earned both her Bachelor and Master of Optometry degrees, along with a graduate certificate in Ocular Therapeutics.
Wendy's expertise is not limited to the confines of her practice. She has been a guiding force in academia, shaping future optometrists as a clinical supervisor in contact lenses and paediatric optometry, at UNSW School of Optometry and Singapore Polytechnic. Her contributions to research are significant, having worked in contact lens design with notable institutions like the Cornea and Contact Lens Research Unit and the Cooperative Research Centre for Eye Research and Technology at UNSW.
Her influence extends internationally, having lectured in the Asia Pacific Contact Lens Education Programme across China, Thailand, and Taiwan. In Australia and New Zealand, she has been instrumental in optometric training for Advanced Medical Optics (AMO) / Johnson & Johnson Vision (JJV).

Today, Wendy leads a successful optometry practice located in the heart of Bondi Junction, Sydney, Australia. Her practice is not just a clinic; it's a culmination of her lifelong passion and dedication to optometry.
